2024 ENROLLMENT GUIDELINES
To enroll an individual athlete in a camp, a parent or legal guardian must complete all parts of the online registration form and submit payment. Online registration ends 2 days prior to the first day of camp, unless the camp is full.
Enrollment is limited, so early registration is encouraged. Please provide an e-mail address that is used regularly. Those campers accepted will receive an e-mail acknowledgment and notification of any program changes by e-mail. This e-mail will include all information you will need for camp.
For those camps that use a wait list if the camp is full, check the appropriate space online. Campers on wait lists may be accepted into camps on short notice. Those campers accepted into camp will be contacted via phone and/or email by the Penn State Sport Camps office. There will be a 24 hour window to accept/decline the opening before we contact the next camper on the list. Payment is due two weeks before the first day of camp.

2024 CHECK POLICY
For those checks returned due to insufficient funds, a $25 fee will be charged. Any additional payment must be made by certified bank check, money order, credit card or cash.
Refunds for fees paid by check will be held for a period of 20 days upon receipt of the payment.
REFUND POLICIES
All individual cancellations must be received in writing by mail, e-mail, or fax to the Penn State Sport Camps Office. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone. For purposes of a refund, the postmark of the cancellation letter/email or the date stamp from the fax machine will determine the date received by the Sport Camps office. Refunds for campers who leave before the last day of camp due to injury or illness will be based on the cost of housing and food service (H & FS charges on the day of departure will be at the full daily rate), instructional periods attended, and a prorated fee. Campers who are injured and choose to remain for the duration of the camp will not receive a refund.
Any refund request not submitted to the Penn State Sport Camps office by the first day of camp will not receive a refund.

Parent/Legal Guardian should notify the Sport Camps Office if their camper becomes sick with COVID-19 symptoms, tests positive for COVID-19, or has been exposed to someone with symptoms or a confirmed or suspected case.
