Wheelchair Basketball/Track & Field Day Camp
June 22
Grades 7-11

The Penn State Wheelchair Basketball/Track & Field Day Camp offers instruction, drills, modified games, and practice sessions in wheelchair basketball and track and field.  One session will focus on track and field events including sprints, middle distance, long jump, shot put , and relays.  The other session will focus on wheelchair basketball including, ballhandling, lay-ups, passing, chair skills, shooting, and game situations. Campers receive supervision, encouragement, and excellent instruction. This is a day camp only.  Housing will not be available.

Fee:  $150 (includes instruction, lunch, camp shirt, no housing)
***DAY CAMP ONLY /NO HOUSING 

Meal: Lunch will be provided. Please notify us of any food allergies. Bring a water bottle to refill during camp. Gatorade & water will be provided.
 
When:  June 22 -- 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Where:  Multi-Sport Facility 

Camp will be conducted at the Multi-Sport Facility, which is located off Dauer and Porter Roads. You will be contacted by e-mail concerning any changes or cancellation.

What to Bring 
Participants should bring their own equipment, if possible.  Some equipment may be available on a limited basis. Participants are also encouraged to bring their own water bottle. Water will be available.
 
Track & Field - Some equipment will be supplied on a limited basis.
Wheelchair Basketball – A limited number of wheelchairs are available.  However, if you have your own, please bring it.
