Performance Nutrition

The Penn State Performance Nutrition Department is dedicated to providing student-athletes with ample nutrition resources to support health and performance during their time at Penn State, and for a lifetime. We follow a scientific and evidence-based fueling approach that empowers students to “Respect Their Bodies” and “Fuel for Success.”
 
The Performance Nutrition department is comprised of 4 registered dietitians and a team of nutrition interns. We have 11 fuel stations stretched across our campus and seven training table experiences. The nutrition department is dedicated to student health and performance and uses food to fuel success!
